Nidy Sports makes it easier than ever for public sector organizations, schools, and municipalities to access high-quality sports construction solutions through cooperative purchasing. By leveraging cooperative purchasing contracts, you can bypass lengthy bid processes and secure top-tier athletic surfaces and construction services at pre-negotiated, competitive pricing.
Cooperative purchasing allows organizations to procure goods and services through pre-approved contracts that have already met stringent competitive bidding requirements. This streamlined process saves time, reduces administrative burdens, and ensures compliance with local and federal procurement regulations.
No need to go through lengthy bid solicitation; contracts are competitively sourced and pre-negotiated. This can save you hours of time from conducting interviews to market research to drafting sapecifications for a formal bid.
All contracts comply with federal, state, and local regulations. RFPs and IFBs are designed to align with these legal standards so you can legally use a contract procured by another government entity.
Traditional bids, such as RFPs, IFBs, and line-item bids, often limit your ability to choose the best products and services for your facility. You can easily get locked into a commitment with a manufacturer and installer you had no say in choosing. Cooperative purchasing ensures you receive the best value without compromising on quality and choice.
Nidy Sports is a proud partner of OMNIA Partners, one of the nation’s leading cooperative purchasing organizations. Through this partnership, public agencies, educational institutions, and other eligible entities can access Nidy Sports’ premier athletic surfacing and sports facility construction solutions at negotiated pricing, eliminating the need for a traditional bidding process.
